Cresent Roll Breakfast Scrambles

I found a recipe on Pinterest where you take crescent rolls flat on  pan and over it with a sausage & cream cheese mixture.  I took that recipe and add to it and changed it up just a bit.  The hubby LOVES them to take to work for breakfast, and they freeze great!
I did them two different ways.  I will post the pictures side by side to show the difference.  We like them better as singles instead of in a pan.  When you make one big one there seems to be too much crust left over.
You will need the following.
2 tubes of crescent rolls
1 lb of sausage
2 cups of shredded cheese
1 package of room temp. cream cheese
6 eggs
1 teaspoon of ranch seasoning
Cook the sausage in a big skillet.
Add cream cheese... mix in with sausage till melted
Add 6 eggs & ranch seasoning... cook with cream cheese/sausage mix
Mix will look something like the picture below.

Lay the dough out.. make sure if you do one big piece of dough the seams are pushed together.

The pictures above are with the filling.  The single ones have about 1 1/2 tablespoons of filling, top with shredded cheese.

These are the finished ones.

Chocolate Pretzels

You will need..
1 bag of round pretzels
2 bags of Hershey Kisses
and if you want to use them..
1 bag of M&Ms (I used the plain chocolate ones)

Use a cookie sheet and lay a piece of parchment paper down.
Line the paper with pretzels.
Place 1 kiss in each pretzel.
Place in heated oven (250 degrees) for about 7 mins.
When you take them out of the oven, place a M&M in the center to make sure the chocolate sticks to the sides.

Let cool on the cookie sheet.
Whe they are cooled break them off and enjoy!

*** In the picture I used pepermint Hershey Kisses, cherry filled kisses, and regualr kisses.  The chocolate & white chocolate are chocolate chips and when those came out I used a tooth pick to swirl them together.

Chicken & Biscuits

Ok.  So, the picture doesn't do it justice! When I make it again I will get a better picture.  :)

If you like Chicken & Biscuits.. you will LOVE this!!

Like most recipes I post, this is another family favorite.

You will need..
9x9 pan
1 tube of biscuits
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup of sour cream
1/2 stick of melted butter
1 can of green beans
1 can of corn
about 2 cups of cooked, cubed, chicken
1 cup of shredded mild cheese
3 tablespoons of milk

Drain the corn & green beans and put in a 9x9 pan.
Add the cream of chicken soup and mix with the veggies.
Mix in the butter & sour cream.
Top with the biscuits & cheese.
Bake at 375 degrees for about 35 mins.

When I cook my chicken I add onions, dill, parsley, and lemon pepper in with it while its cooking.
